For others, the advancements of technology in hunting, crosses their inner code of historical fair chase practices. Both of those concerns I can fully understand, and I just have respectfully say, "to each his own".
Really, if your only reason for not using trail cams this coming season, is because you don't want to spook game, than you are missing an incredible opportunity to capture a much higher level of potential hunting success.just in case) Thank you Hi, Thank you for the response, I finally was able to run the host_V2 for linux. However, I still have problems with both Ardu CAM_MINI_4CAM_Capture2SD and Ardu CAM_MINI_4CAM_Video Streaming examples. It stays on for longer than the cameras, and is a great way of monitoring next activity.Listen Now (20 minute timeout): Once again, our webcam watcher, Wendy Bartter, has come up trumps with a great video compilation of this mornings action, together with a first glimpse of the newly hatched chick and its caring parents.I've used adobe flash for webcam purposes for years without an issue but all of a sudden my outgoing video/audio doesn't work and incoming audio/video is very choppy. My webcam freeze frames on the first image it sees, and incoming audio/video just skips like a broken CD. I believe this problem occured directly after the latest flash update. I am using a Mega Arducam adapter board 2 Ardu CAM MINI_5MP (in both sketches I excluded CAM3 and CAM4, just to be sure not to have the SPI not detected error...). Sh / / running software Regards, Ardu CAM support team. However, as I tried to explain above, configuration is not the point: SD_CS pinout is fine, as well as memorysaver option, wiring, etc...As for the 2SD sketch, when opening the Ardu CAM_Mini_using linux terminal (sudo ./Ardu CAM_Mini_QT.sh) the following happen: and in host_V2 terminal always the same "SD Card Error" (I also tried 3 different SD cards...) As for the streaming sketch, things seems better (but I always get the message at point 2 above when opening the host_V2). Independently from the micro SD card I am using, and trying with two different but identical Ardu CAM Adapter boards, as well as two pairs of 2MP and 5MP rev B, the result is always the same and it concerns a failure of SD card initialization... Can you please provide additional info on how to run Ardu CAM_Host_V2 host in linux system? Is there any mandatory directory/folder where to download/extract the app folder? QT as a stand-alone application (and, yes, I do have installed Qt creator...(scroll down for the full video of this morning's events) Don't forget to check our other cameras - the view from our new Cam4 on Page 2 gives a great, low-down view, letting you see the chicks more easily. As its audio isn't compatible with our streaming service, here's a live audio feed from another camera which you may want to run in the background.I have attached some screenshots as well as some pictures of my setup.
