Subfolders will show up as individual photo albums in i Tunes, You can then check or uncheck each folder in order to sync them or not.
Ipod is connected but doesn't show up in itunes source list. Any help or steerage in the right direction is greatly escomatt i have the same problem as you did, my ipod doesnt show up on itunes and i cant transfer any songs wich makes the whole thing worthless, I was happy to see that you figured it out, perhaps you can help me resolve my problem. thank you Better yet, please post the answer here - I have the same problem. Yesterday it was showing up in My Computer but not my source list in i Tunes. My mini i Pod was fine for about a month, then suddenly a few days ago it just stopped showing up on my desktop or in the left column of the i Tunes page. I have downloaded i Tunes (the newest) and restarted my computer several i somehow go tmy 3rd generation ipod touch in recovery mode. This sounded scary, but as it turns out it was quick, painless and cured all of the issues.
Once you select a folder, you can sync all the photographs in that folder to your i Phone or i Pod.
You can also use subfolders to help organize and sync only certain photos you want on the i Phone/i Pod.
The message is intimidating and it sounds as if you press “Erase and Sync” that your entire i Phone, i Pad, or i Pod touch is going to be erased, right?
To remedy, I reset the i Pod while it was connected to my computer. Restore the i Pod or find a way to wipe it clean on another machine.
To reset: Hold down MENU and the SELECT BUTTON together for about 5-10 seconds, or until the apple symbol appears. Maybe it's just a glitch in the software...-BMFso i've tried everything..
The extended dialog text sort of hints at that, but it’s really not clear enough, and the button is “Erase”, which likely inspires a million backups. If you click on “Erase and Sync”, , not anything else on the device.
For example, if you have a large music library on the i Phone and click on the Erase and Sync button, that music library will instantly vanish, but all of your contacts, photos, apps, customizations, and other media remains untouched on the i Phone. That means the entire large music library will vanish, but nothing else will.
